How to Uninstall VIPRE Antivirus and VIPRE Internet Security


Please follow the steps below to uninstall VIPRE:
  1. Click the Start, then click Control Panel
    • ​In Windows 8 hover over the top right corner of the screen, click the gear icon that appears and then click Control Panel
  2. Double Click
    • Windows XP: Add or Remove Programs
    • Windows Vista, 7, and 8: Programs and Features
  3. In the list of programs, locate and click VIPRE
  4. Click Uninstall or Uninstall/Change
  5. You will receive a prompt that asks you if you would like to Remove All Items, click the Yes button and then click the Next button
  6. Follow the rest of the prompts until you are able to click Finish
  7. You will be asked to restart your computer. Please do so to finish uninstalling.
